                           Demonstration dinners offer participants a fun and                                        informative evening out.  Each course will be demonstrated live by one of our extraordinary chefs.  A demonstration of the culinary techniques and explanation of the ingredients will be provided for each course.  Participants will receive plated servings as each course's demonstration concludes.  Seating is limited.  Full service bar available.

ABOUT

Demo Dinners in History

Different Chefs from the Ocean County Center for Culinary Arts at Cuisine on the Green at Atlantis in Little Egg Harbor will be hosting Cuisine Live - Cooking Demonstration Dinners that feature some of their specialties.

These Demonstration Dinners include a multiple-course meal prepared before you with wine service available.  Participants will interact with the chef as they learn about their inspiring culinary techniques and philosophy.
 

Each course will be demonstrated by the chef in the dining room as he explains the ingredients in the menu and about the recipe. Participants will be able to interact with the chef and ask questions during the demonstrations.Upon completion of each course demonstration, participants will be served exactly what the chef prepared.

These demonstration dinners will provide an opportunity for an entertaining and informative night out and will provide a fantastic chance to pick up some new cooking skills while enjoying a great meal! Seating is limited.
