Culinary Education Meets Culinary Experience

Cuisine on the Green at Atlantis is the culinary arts training center of Ocean County Vocational Technical School (OCVTS), in action as a fully operational restaurant and bar located at the beautiful Atlantis Golf Course in Little Egg Harbor, NJ.

We serve culinary-inspired creations in a lively environment where post-secondary culinary students are actively pursuing their career goals as part of OCVTS’s 10-month curriculum encompassing everything from restaurant operations to food service and different types of cuisine.

Students work with locally sourced ingredients, responsibly caught seafood and environmentally conscious practices, all while managing the fast pace of a real and popular restaurant with a full bar.

It’s the only experience of its kind.

Cuisine on the Green is the result of a partnership between OCVTS and Ocean County Parks and Recreation to use the restaurant at Atlantis Golf Club as a training, dining and banquet facility in one.

Relax outside on the patio overlooking the golf course or catch a quick bite and watch sports at the bar with more than a dozen local NJ craft beers on tap. 

Whether you dine outside (weather permitting) or inside, you’ll enjoy ample seating, welcoming service, weekly specials, and delicious food at reasonable prices. You’ll also be supporting NJ’s own next top chefs as they follow their passion and gain first-hand experience in the culinary education system. Students

OCVTS’s NJ culinary school includes classroom instruction, culinary skills training and working internships. We know there’s nothing quite like stepping into a busy restaurant and keeping up with orders, tickets, special requests, colleagues, challenges, and everything that every shift will throw your way. That’s why we created Cuisine on the Green for our students to get a step ahead before entering the workforce.

In addition to accelerating your skills and development, you can also obtain five nationally recognized certifications through OCVTS and Cuisine on the Green.
