Our Cuisine Live Cooking Demonstration Dinners offer participants a fun and informative evening out while learning new cooking skills and enjoying an exquisite meal. Each course is performed live by extraordinary chefs from the Ocean County Center for Culinary Arts and showcases their specialty cuisines.
About Cuisine Live Events
Demonstration Dinners include a multiple-course meal prepared before you with wine service available. Participants will have the unique opportunity to interact with the chef as they learn about their inspiring culinary techniques and philosophies.
Upon completion of each course, participants will be served exactly what the chef prepared during the demonstration.

Warm and spicy tastes and enticing aromas evoke the flavors of our neighboring country to the south.

This demonstration dinner will allow you to experience the delicious cuisine of Mexico. Demonstration dishes will include: fresh corn tortillas with guacamole, enchiladas with chile sauce, pinto beans, pozole, and a sweet finish with an authentic dessert.
